Of course I was skeptical! How many books do you see with enticing titles that promise health with crackpot things like positive thinking and other meaningless tricks? But I like to read what people read, so here I am. And, as usual, it was a lot less bad than I thought.<\/strong><\/p>\n

First of all, I notice that it is well written. The writing is small and tight, which was bad, but from the first page you forget it right away. It's fluid and punchy, it reads by itself. And each element is short: the chapter on food is only a dozen pages long, and all the sub-elements are usually only two or three paragraphs long.<\/p>\n

Of course, it starts with weight loss tips; appetite suppressant foods, mindfulness, hydration, etc. I did learn something though: 100% dark chocolate completely cuts down on hunger.<\/p>\n

The ingestion of dark chocolate causes a sudden stop of the food impulse, without frustration and without pain.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Another discovery, which I had already made but very very recently: the best position to go to the toilet. Toilets in the West are designed to be sat on, but apparently, this is not the best position to defecate. It would be better to be squatting, which is perilous, but much more efficient...
